As the General Manager, you will be the welcoming face of Sum Yung Guys, focusing on guest experience, you will be working directly with passionate owners and creative chefs. You will be given the opportunity to further develop an award-winning, fun, and tight knit FOH team, continuing a focus on guest recognition and exceeding expectations.
About the role:
You will utilise your premium service background to educate and improve those working around you, elevating the customer experience in the process. This is not a business as usual role, rather the focus is continued improvement and service evolution.
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role you will be able to display the following;
- Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including shift management, cash and stock handling, sales targets and overall presentation
- Be involved with all onboarding and staff development
- Have experience in leading and developing a high performing team
- Implement processes and standards to ensure all front of house operations run effectively and seamlessly
- Ensure the customer service is of the highest standard
- Build a strong rapport with all guests and clients
This role is based in South East Queensland, offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary and is open to applicants requiring relocation.
