Job Description
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-volume restaurant, leading all operational, financial and people performance outcomes. This is a true business leadership role where success is measured through exceptional guest experiences, commercial results and the development of a high-performing team.
Working closely with your Area Manager, you will lead a team of Assistant Restaurant Managers while creating a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations across people, service and profitability.
- Coaching, developing and mentoring your leadership team to achieve outstanding results.
- Driving sales, labour, food cost and operational KPI performance.
- Maintaining exceptional customer experience standards while delivering fast, efficient service.
- Building a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability.
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced General Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoys taking ownership of your business. You combine strong commercial acumen with exceptional leadership skills and know how to develop teams that consistently deliver results.
You will bring:
- At least three years' experience as a General Manager within a high-volume quick service restaurant.
- Previous experience operating drive-through restaurants.
- A proven ability to lead large teams through coaching, development and performance management.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing labour, costs and profitability.
- Confidence working autonomously within a lean, fast-moving business.
- A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and developing future leaders.
