About the role:
In this role, you will work closely with the senior group management team in the development and implementation of innovative service procedures. You will take full responsibility for the recruitment and training of a highly effective front of house team and focus on building a strong team culture.
This is a true leadership role, requiring you to set the service culture for the restaurant. The team strives to be the best in every aspect of its operation, delivering a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture.
To be successful in this role you will display the following;
- Minimum 2 years in a restaurant management role
- Proven success within a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
- A high level of organisation
- Efficient management of Front of House operations
- Great personal presentation and impeccable attention to detail
- Strong business acumen
