Already a well-known and highly respected hospitality group, our client is not one to rest on their laurels. With a portfolio boasting several hatted venues nationally, this will be the group’s most inventive and ambitious opening to date. Having already brought a world-class chef on board, the owners are looking to engage an equally impressive Restaurant General Manager to drive the opening of this stunning new restaurant.
About the role:
In this role, you will work closely with the senior group management team in the development and implementation of innovative service procedures. You will take full responsibility for the recruitment and training of a highly effective front of house team and focus on building a strong team culture.
This is a true leadership role, requiring you to set the service culture for the restaurant. The team strives to be the best in every aspect of its operation, delivering a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture.
Candidate profile:
To be successful in this role you will display the following;
- Minimum 2 years in a restaurant management role
- Proven success within a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
- A high level of organisation
- Efficient management of Front of House operations
- Great personal presentation and impeccable attention to detail
- Strong business acumen
