This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-profile venue delivering an exceptional product to premium clientele. We’re looking for a proven operator with experience running top-tier dining venues who can drive both service standards and business performance.
As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations from the floor to the financials. You’ll lead an experienced team, maintain high service standards, and represent the venue with confidence when dealing with VIPs, stakeholders, and ownership.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years in senior leadership within luxury or high-end hospitality
- A strong background in delivering exceptional guest experiences at the premium level
- Confidence managing VIP guests and key stakeholders
- Solid financial acumen, with hands-on P&L and cost control experience
- A natural leader who can mentor, develop, and motivate teams
- Polished presentation and strong communication
