As Restaurant General Manager, you will take ownership of a high-energy CBD venue, ensuring seamless delivery across food, beverage and entertainment offerings. You will lead from the front, fostering a culture of excellence while driving commercial performance and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of venue operations across service, events and entertainment
- Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse front-of-house team
- Drive service standards aligned with premium dining experiences

- Manage financial performance, rostering and cost controls
