Job Description
As Restaurant General Manager, you will take ownership of a high-energy CBD venue, ensuring seamless delivery across food, beverage and entertainment offerings. You will lead from the front, fostering a culture of excellence while driving commercial performance and guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee all aspects of venue operations across service, events and entertainment
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse front-of-house team
  • Drive service standards aligned with premium dining experiences
  • Collaborate on innovative food and beverage programmes
  • Manage financial performance, rostering and cost controls

Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You bring a strong understanding of premium service, alongside the ability to energise teams and deliver memorable guest experiences.

  • Proven experience managing complex, high-energy venues
  • Strong leadership style with the ability to engage and develop teams
