Job Description
The Restaurant General Manager will take full ownership of the venue, leading from the floor and setting the tone for both service and culture. This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives in busy environments, understands the rhythm of multiple-turn service and can balance energy with operational discipline.
You will be responsible for maintaining the venue’s atmosphere, driving team performance and ensuring the guest experience remains engaging, consistent and memorable.
- Lead daily operations with a strong presence on the floor during service
- Drive a culture that balances professionalism with energy and personality
- Manage high-volume service with multiple turns while maintaining standards
- Build, develop and lead a high-performing front-of-house team
- Oversee financial performance including labour, cost control and revenue
- Work closely with ownership and the kitchen to deliver a cohesive offering
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the venue’s service and operations
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced Restaurant General Manager with a background in premium, produce-driven dining environments. You bring both a strong operational mindset and a natural ability to lead energetic, guest-focused teams.
