Client Profile 

Our client is rapidly expanding, with a portfolio of businesses spread across NSW, delivering high-quality F&B, gaming, and entertainment.
Their venues are spread across a diverse band of regional locations, and the time has come to appoint a Regional Manager to support the Group General Manager with day to day operations. 

Job Description

As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of venues from a strategic and operational perspective. Reporting to the Group GM, you will drive your teams to ensure they are exceeding the high standards of service while maintaining procedures.  
Each day will present new challenges relating to business performance, people, compliance, and more. Given the geographic spread of venues, there will be a significant amount of travel required, with time spent in and around venue teams.

These is flexibility with where this role can be based, and it is suitable to a candidate take a step up from venue management. 

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • At least 5 years experience as a GM within complex Pub environments
  • Adaptive communication style enabling you to lead a diverse range of teams
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive commercial strategy
  • A hands-on approach combined with strategic vision
  • Full understanding of compliance regulations across food, beverage, and gaming
  • The ability to travel regularly

This role is offering a strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
