We have been engaged to identify their next ambitious events & promotions manager who can plan, develop and deliver strategic and tactical restaurant and bar promotions and initiatives within their luxurious, Queensland based hotels.
As the events promotions manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic food & beverage annual promotional plans across all company’s restaurants and bars. You will liaise with key stakeholders (marketing, operations, food and beverage teams and general managers) to make sure they understand and drive all current promotions on offer across all outlets.
You will ensure all hotel categories are supported i.e. bars, food, live music, functions, spa & locally sourced accommodation.
You will be continuously researching, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for promotions activities. Moreover, you will complete regular competitor analysis to understand what other local businesses are offering. You will work closely with the marketing team and you will report directly to area general manager.
