Our client is preparing to launch an exciting new hospitality precinct in one of Sydney’s most vibrant entertainment and dining locations. Focused on delivering premium guest experiences, the precinct will combine food, beverage, events, and community engagement to create a destination venue with strong local appeal and long-term growth opportunities.

Job Description

As Precinct Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue precinct, overseeing multiple hospitality outlets and leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, you will establish operational standards, build high-performing teams, and ensure the precinct operates efficiently and profitably from launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all daily precinct and venue operations
  • Managing and mentoring venue managers and front-of-house teams
  • Driving customer experience, service standards, and operational excellence
  • Overseeing recruitment, rostering, onboarding, and team development
  • Monitoring labour costs, revenue performance, and operational budgets
  • Ensuring compliance across WHS, food safety, licensing, and venue regulations
  • Coordinating events, activations, and community engagement initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with kitchen, bar, and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a strong operational background and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and have proven success leading teams across multi-outlet hospitality operations.

Key experience and attributes include:

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in hospitality or precinct management
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities
  • Experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume venues
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational expertise
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for hospitality excellence and customer experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Current RSA certification
