As Operations Manager and venue 2IC, you will work closely with the other business leaders and shape the operation of this bustling pub which boasts multiple revenue drivers and is a local favourite. It sits on the fringe of the CBD.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high performing teams while delivering results. They must be food and beverage driven and be passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.
As part of the management team you will take on various roles and responsibilities, both front and back-of-house, with particular focus on stock control and IT.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2 or more years of experience working at a premium, high paced pub in a leadership position.
- Experience with stock ordering and stock control.
- The ability to manage a diverse suite of operations simultaneously.
- Experience in large venues and excellent compliance knowledge.
- A track record of building great teams with a positive culture.
