The company is planning significant growth with intention to double in size over the next two years. As such, they seek a highly experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their team in the role of NSW Sales Manager.
As the NSW Sales Manager you will lead a team of three people as they continue to expand sales across new and existing clients, with a focus on driving growth within retail and on-premise segments.
You will lead reporting and process capabilities within the team, ensuring the CRM is healthy and well utilised. Furthermore, you will play an active role in the recruitment and onboarding for new starters, while building talent to support growth objectives.
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience with liquor sales (preferably spirits)
- An extensive existing network spanning retail banner groups and various on-premise segments including pubs, hotels, bars and restaurants
- Strong leadership capabilities and a focus on maintaining the company’s positive culture
- Agility and creativity in approach coupled with an outcome-oriented focus
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of successful negotiation
- A structured approach with flawless attention to detail
The position is offering a strong remuneration package consisting of base salary plus super, car and phone allowance, and sales performance incentives.
