Job Description
Reporting to senior operational leadership, this role is responsible for leading the national facilities and maintenance function across a multi-site portfolio. You will drive both strategy and execution, ensuring venues operate safely, efficiently, and in line with brand standards. The position partners closely with Projects, Property, and Operations to deliver preventative and reactive maintenance programs, contractor management, compliance, and support for new site rollouts.
- Lead reactive, preventative, and scheduled maintenance across all sites
- Develop and implement a national maintenance strategy aligned with growth
- Manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance budgets
- Oversee compliance across WHS, building services, and safety standards
- Support refurbishments, defect management, and new venue openings
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced facilities or maintenance leader with a background in multi-site hospitality, retail, or QSR environments. You bring strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders while building capability across operational teams.
- Proven experience in multi-site facilities or maintenance management
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and service agreements
- Experience coaching frontline teams in preventative maintenance practices
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
