About the client:

Already a well-known and highly respected group, our client isn’t one to rest on their laurels. With a portfolio boasting several Sydney bars and restaurants, the group is now entering its next stage of growth with several other venues slated for launch throughout 2021.
  
About the role:

In this role, you’ll work closely with the senior group management team to oversee CBD operations. You’ll take full responsibility for operations across two large-scale venues including the recruitment and training of a highly effective FOH team and focus on building a strong team culture.
  
Candidate profile:

To be successful in this role you’ll display the following;
  • Minimum 3 years in a restaurant/multi-site management role
  • Proven success within a hatted or premium bar/restaurant
  • A high level of organisation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Impeccable attention to detail
