As Kitchen Manager of this group’s newest restaurant opening, you will work in a hands-on manner as a leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture as well as overseeing all day-to-day back-of-house operations including opening & closing of the restaurant.
This is a true managerial role that includes completing regular stocktakes; overseeing all ordering and rostering while meeting pre-assigned costs. This is a process-driven business that holds itself to the highest standard of processes while focussing on the team and the culture of the restaurant.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have;
• At least one year’s management experience in a fast-paced environment
• High food preparation standards and productivity
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and with professionalism
• Great personal presentation, good communication and time management skills
• Ability to lead and develop a large team
