Job Description

Reporting to the venue's Restaurant Management team, the Junior Restaurant Manager will play a hands-on role in leading daily operations, driving service standards and supporting both floor and beverage service.

This position is ideal for a hospitality professional looking to transition into their first management role while developing broader operational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate restaurant floor service
  • Support daily operations and service execution
  • Assist in coordinating beverage and bar service
  • Coach, motivate and support front-of-house team members
  • Maintain exceptional guest engagement and service standards
  • Work closely with venue leadership to achieve operational objectives

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoys leading from the front. You bring strong floor management capabilities, confidence working with beverages and a genuine passion for guest experience.

This opportunity is particularly suited to an experienced Floor Supervisor, Team Leader or Duty Manager seeking their first Restaurant Management position.

About You

  • Experience within a full-service restaurant environment
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of restaurant floor operations
  • Basic cocktail and beverage knowledge
  • Confidence supporting and directing bar service
  • Wine knowledge or an interest in developing beverage expertise
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach
