Developed to integrate and centralise POS and gaming data by location and by venue, at its core this product is aimed at putting a real-time venue performance tracker at the fingertips of its clients. With a number of well-established relationships in place with some of Australia's best-known hospitality groups, our client is looking to strengthen their customer success team as they take the next step in their growth.
Job Description
In this role, you'll draw on your significant experience across pub operations to educate and assist your clients in the implementation of this platform. You'll use your superior problem-solving abilities and in-depth understanding of point of sale systems to provide ongoing support.
Key responsibilities include;
- Manage/develop account relationships
- Proactively identify and close cross/up-sell opportunities
- Onboard and train new customers
- Client support and issue resolution
- Provide technical demonstrations
- Hold webinars and education sessions
- Internal and external key stakeholder management
To be successful in this role you'll demonstrate the following;
- Significant experience across pub operations including gaming and retail
- A keen interest in and understanding of current tech trends
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
- Ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively with others
- Strong influencing skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent written & oral communications skills
