Responsibilities will include:
- Managing employment change initiatives including communications
- Providing practical advice on HR/IR matters across the business
- Employee relations - support leaders to proactively manage workplace issues, grievances and disputes
- Work with the broader HR team to build and deliver key HR solutions and initiatives
- Talent management - advising on all aspects of talent management, including succession planning and talent development
- Planning - reviewing organisational needs to ensure people and development strategies are aligned
- Preparing and advising on employment contracts
- Engaging in HR projects more broadly across the group
- Assisting HSE department as required
- Ensuring appropriate strategies are in place to support a workplace that promotes health safety and well-being
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven HR skills
- Ability to coach, develop and influence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good project management skills with the ability to support organisational change
- Sound Industrial Relations/Employee Relations knowledge and experience
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a highly operational team environment
- Degree or equivalent in HR, IR or a related field
