With a strong leadership team and committed board, the organisation is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead operations, elevate service standards and foster a culture centred around people, professionalism and connection.
Job Description
Reporting to executive leadership and working closely with the board, the Head of Hospitality will oversee all front and back-of-house hospitality operations across the club’s multiple outlets. This role requires a highly visible and hands-on leader who can balance operational excellence with genuine member engagement and team development.
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while building a strong internal culture and supporting the continued evolution of the club’s hospitality offering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily hospitality operations across multiple outlets and service styles
- Developing and mentoring department leaders and broader venue teams
- Building strong relationships with members and fostering community engagement
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team on menu development and service delivery
- Supporting strategic initiatives and presenting operational insights to the board as required
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in premium service environments, multi-outlet operations and people leadership. You will possess a collaborative and professional management style, along with the ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels of the business.
Key attributes include:
- Proven senior leadership experience within hospitality, clubs, hotels or premium venues
- Strong operational understanding across food, beverage and events
- Demonstrated success in developing teams and building positive workplace culture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
- Commercial acumen combined with a strong focus on service and community
