Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Head of Events to lead and elevate the events function across a portfolio of high-performing venues. This role will oversee the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational delivery of all events while mentoring and developing an established team.
Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across corporate, private and premium events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the events strategy across multiple venues and concepts
- Driving revenue growth, forecasting and budget performance
- Managing and mentoring venue-based events teams
- Building strong relationships with corporate and private clients
- Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to enhance guest experience
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded hospitality leader with a strong background in premium events and multi-venue operations. You will bring a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a senior events leadership role within hospitality
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- A collaborative and people-focused leadership style
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment
