Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Head of Events to lead and elevate the events function across a portfolio of high-performing venues. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall events strategy while driving revenue growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership and requires a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage the events team across multiple venues

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise event revenue

Oversee corporate, social, private and community event delivery

Establish and maintain key client, supplier and stakeholder relationships

Monitor performance metrics, budgets and forecasting to drive profitability
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a proven events leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering exceptional event experiences within hospitality, venues, hotels or related sectors.
You will be an inspiring leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution while building strong relationships across teams and clients alike.
