Job Description

As the Head Chef of this dining experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes that showcase your creativity and culinary skills. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that the dining experience meets and exceeds the expectations of guests, and you'll be responsible for managing food costs, inventory, and kitchen staff.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a well-established venue
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
• Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Sound experience in woodfire cooking
