Job Description
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of a flagship kitchen, driving culinary direction, operational performance, and team excellence. This role requires a leader capable of delivering at the highest level, with a focus on premium Italian-inspired cuisine and precision execution.

Candidate Profile
This role is suited to a top-tier culinary professional with a background in leading premium restaurant kitchens. You are recognised for your ability to deliver excellence consistently, develop elite teams, and operate at a high level within demanding environments.

Proven experience as a Head Chef in premium or hatted venues

Strong foundation in Italian or European cuisine, with grill or fire-based experience highly regarded
