This busy restaurant will keep you on your toes as the queues stretch down the street for lunch and dinner, 7 days/nights, week on week.
Our client, known for their mouth-watering burgers and drinks menu to match, are looking for their next Head Chef to execute a tried and tested menu for their loyal clientele.
As Head Chef, your focus will be on delivery of product to the highest standard, ensuring food consistency, whilst training and developing your team around you. Speed of service is the number one priority as the volume that comes out of this kitchen is extremely high, whilst managing and maintaining food costs and labour controls.
To be considered for this role you will have;
- Previous franchise experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
- A positive attitude and desire to be a part of a close-knit team
- Experience working in a fast paced restaurant
- Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
This role is offering a base salary up to $75,000 plus super, depending on the applicant’s experience.
