Job Description

As Group Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of venues while partnering closely with venue leaders to deliver outstanding commercial and guest outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting new venue openings and building high-performing teams across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring Venue Managers to drive engagement, accountability and performance
  • Delivering strong financial outcomes through labour, wage and cost management
  • Supporting the successful launch and integration of new restaurant openings
  • Driving consistency across service standards, systems and operational procedures
  • Working collaboratively with the executive leadership team on strategic business initiatives

Candidate Profile

You are a commercially minded hospitality leader with proven experience managing multiple venues within a restaurant or hospitality group. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing leaders and have a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated multi-site operations management experience within hospitality
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L and operational KPIs
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting business growth, change management or new venue openings
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
