About the role:
In this role you’ll work as part of the senior group management team in the development and implementation of innovative service procedures. You’ll take full responsibility for the ongoing recruitment and training of a highly effective FOH staff and focus on building a strong team culture.
To be successful in this role you’ll display the following;
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant GM role
- Proven success within a premium group
- A high level of organisation
- Strong business acumen
- Impeccable attention to detail
