As Group Operations Manager of three fast casual restaurants, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives
- Managing labour budgets and COGs targets
- Ensuring WHS policies are strictly adhered to
- Building, coaching and motivating store management teams to deliver and execute superior food quality and customer service
- Maintain overall operational policies and procedures across all stores.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven senior leadership experience within a fast-casual dining environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of internal & external stakeholders
- Experience implementing core operations systems and processes
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions
