Job Description
The Head of Retail role is strategic and operational focused, driving financial performance and guest experience across the portfolio. Reporting to the COO the role will lead the execution of all relevant facets, and includes responsibility for the overall business performance.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have;
- Significant experience in bottle shop retail environment, at a strategic level
- Strong financial experience, including forecasting and P&Ls
- The ability to travel regularly, in order to engage with store leadership
- Experience in opening and managing multi-site roles in quality focused environments
- A record of building great teams and creating a positive and fun work culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional negotiation skills
