Job Description
This role will oversee the end-to-end marketing function across multiple venues, balancing strategic input with hands-on execution. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help shape group-wide direction while ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery at venue level.- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and on-site channels
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering growth and accountability
- Maintain distinct brand positioning for each venue while aligning with group strategy
- Collaborate with venue managers to drive local area marketing initiatives
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI
Candidate Profile
You are a commercially minded marketing leader with experience across multi-site or multi-brand environments, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle sectors. You bring both strategic thinking and a willingness to be hands-on, with strong leadership capability.- Proven experience in multi-brand or multi-site marketing roles
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring small teams
- Ability to balance brand creativity with commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors preferred
