Job Description
The Group General Manager will take full accountability for the leadership, performance, and strategic direction of a large-scale hospitality precinct. This role requires an experienced operator who can manage complexity across multiple business units while driving commercial outcomes and maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Lead all operational aspects across gaming, events, restaurant, rooftop, and nightclub offerings

Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability

Oversee and develop a large, multi-layered team across various departments

Implement strategic initiatives to support ongoing evolution and market relevance

Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across all areas
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is a proven hospitality executive with experience managing large-scale, high-volume, and multifaceted operations. You are commercially astute, highly organised, and capable of leading large teams in a dynamic environment.
