The Role

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy venue. With a focus on managing a large and effective team you will be hands on in elevating the service standards, increasing revenue and ensuring ongoing and effective training with an emphasis on product knowledge and ensuring a high level of customer service

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following;
  • A background in high volume venues with excellent service
  • A minimum of 3 years experience managing a team
  • Experience with staff recruitment, training and ongoing development
  • Capable and comfortable with making decisions in real-time
  • Experience in stock management, ordering and supplier engagement
  • A outgoing and fun management style
  • A hands on approach and a professional investment in the performance of the business
Offer:

This role is offering a great remuneration package circa $90,000 plus super plus incentives wholly relevant to candidate experience.
