A rare opportunity has been created for a strong, commercially astute General Manager to drive this venue with a strong focus on the team and the evolution of the product on offer.
  
Job Description

As the General Manager you will be responsible for the day to day execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue. You will work with the senior team to deliver unparallelled service with flair and personality. You will ensure that all financial and non-financial targets are met as you work to drive revenue and profitability through a hands-on approach and strong leadership. You will also actively contribute to budget development, forecasts and work with the team to manage labour, COG's and other operational expenses.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role you will have;
  • Experience as a General Manager in a large format, premium food and beverage driven venue
  • Exceptional management skills with clear leadership capabilities
  • The ability to cultivate a high-performance culture and develop current and future leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analytic skills
  • A proven track record working in a leading service environment
  • Experience in marketing strategies and execution with a local area focus
  • A complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage and all licensing
Offer

This role is offering a strong remuneration package of $110,000 plus super.
