Job Description
As General Manager of this group’s newest restaurant opening you will;
• Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
• Oversee all day to day operations including opening & closing the restaurant
• Complete regular stocktakes and oversee all ordering
• Have experience in rostering and approving timesheets accordingly
• Implement processes and standards to ensure all front of house operations run effectively and seamlessly
• Induct and train all front of house employees
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have;
• At least one year’s management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with professionalism
• Great personal presentation, good communication and time management skills
• Ability to lead and develop a large team
Offer
This role is offering a very attractive package comprised of up to $75,000 plus super as well as amazing KPI incentives.
