As the General Manager you will be fully responsible for all aspects of the venue from both a strategic and operational perspective. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will drive your team to execute at the highest level across beverage, food, gaming and events.
With the company continuing to expand, this role is forecast to shift into an Area Manager position within the next 12 to 18 months.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as a General Manager in a busy, premium environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive commercial strategy
- High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
- Full understanding of compliance regulations across food, beverage and gaming
