A rare opportunity has been created for a strong, process-driven General Manager to apply a methodical approach to the continued evolution of the product.
Job Description
As the General Manager of this establishment, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue. You will guide your direct reports to ensure their personal task lists are competently attended to, ultimately resulting in customer expectations being exceeded.
The role will enable you to cover all aspects of the business as well as continuing to foster strong community relationships. It represents your opportunity to elevate your career to the next level by leading a large, dynamic hospitality icon to elevated levels of trade and general performance.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have;
- Experience as a General Manager in a large format, dynamic venue spanning F&B, retail and gaming
- Exceptional management skills with clear leadership capabilities
- The ability to cultivate a high-performance culture and develop future leaders
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage, gaming and licensing
- High-level stakeholder management and engagement
