Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to take the reins of a high-volume, community-driven venue in Tamworth. The business offers multiple revenue streams including food and beverage, gaming, entertainment and functions, requiring a hands-on operator with strong commercial capability and a genuine passion for regional hospitality.
You will lead daily operations while developing a high-performing team and ensuring the venue continues to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing all day-to-day venue operations across multiple departments

Driving financial performance, labour management and operational efficiencies

Leading, mentoring and developing venue management and frontline teams

Maintaining strong compliance standards across gaming, liquor and WHS

Building strong relationships within the local community and customer base
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with a proven background in managing large-format pub or hotel operations. You will bring strong leadership capability, commercial acumen and a collaborative management style.
You will also demonstrate:

Strong understanding of food, beverage and gaming environments
