As the General Manager of the business you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including; staff management, training, hiring, account management and much more.
You will utilise your experience running high volume food and beverage driven hospitality businesses as you guide managers and staff to drive operational improvement and deliver a premium customer experience.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience as a General Manager in a medium to large premium venue
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead a high performing team
- High-level customer service
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage and entertainment
