Job Description
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of venue performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial outcomes across the business. This role requires a hands-on and highly visible leader who can engage with both team members and the local community.
- Manage all day-to-day venue operations across bar, bistro and gaming
- Lead and develop a large operational team to deliver service excellence
- Drive financial performance through strong cost control and revenue initiatives
- Maintain compliance across licensing, gaming and workplace safety
- Build strong local community relationships and venue engagement opportunities
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience within high-volume pub or hospitality environments. You will be commercially driven, operationally strong and passionate about creating a positive team culture.
- Demonstrated experience in a General Manager or senior venue leadership role
- Strong knowledge of gaming, food and beverage operations
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive staff engagement
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
