Following a recent renovation, the venue offers a contemporary food and beverage experience, vibrant alfresco dining and a well-established gaming operation. With consistent trade and a strong local and corporate clientele, the business is positioned as a key destination within the precinct.
Job Description
As General Manager, you will hold full accountability for the performance and strategic direction of the venue. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all operational, financial and compliance aspects of the business while building a high-performing leadership team and driving commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

Full P&L management including budgeting, forecasting and cost control

Leading and developing department heads across food and beverage and gaming

Driving revenue growth across all channels including alfresco trade

Ensuring compliance with all relevant NSW licensing and gaming regulations

Embedding a strong service culture and operational excellence across the venue
Candidate Profile
You are an accomplished hospitality executive with significant experience leading high-volume, multi-faceted venues. Commercially astute and operationally strong, you bring a hands-on leadership style and a proven ability to deliver sustainable performance in complex environments.
Key attributes include:

Demonstrated experience as a General Manager within a high-volume pub, bar or hospitality venue

Strong financial acumen with proven P&L accountability

In-depth understanding of gaming operations and compliance requirements

Exceptional leadership capability with experience managing large teams

Current RSA and RCG certifications
