Job Description
This role requires a skilled manager to lead the restaurant team and continue the high standards of service that have long been in place. The right candidate will also have an eye for detail and an energetic approach to customer engagement, and be the face of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dynamic and long-standing team; providing ongoing support and guidance with a hands-on and service focussed approach and having strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- 2 years minimum experience in a managerial role in a similar venue
- Proven success in the management of a strong well-established team in a truly professional environment
- A vibrant personality and solution-focused, positive outlook
- Willingness to take ownership of the business and make it your own
- A passion for all things food & beverage
- Ongoing desire to exceed guest expectations and excel in the quality of service and experience
This role is offering a very strong remuneration package of over $100,000 plus super per annum.
