The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the team across this boutique operation to ensure high-quality service, presentation and offerings are maintained. The role requires keen attention to detail, self-motivation as well as the ability to motivate a team, and an ongoing drive to identify opportunities to improve and raise standards and introduce new initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for the role will possess;
- Experience running a multi-outlet restaurants/bars operation
- Enthusiasm for being a part of a destination venue
- Strong leadership qualities and a genuine passion for the industry
- Exceptional leadership, team development and coaching skills
- High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
- Strong communication skills both with your team and collaborators
- Exceptional financial acumen and drive to achieve results
