Job Description
As Events Coordinator you will responsible for the planning and co-ordination across all the spaces in the venue. You will co-ordinate all components of events, from the initial point of contact, through to the organisation and hand-over of the event to the skilled venue team.
You will also work with the rest of the management team to drive event and sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience in event coordination, with some restaurant background
- Super organised with sales and business development skills
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
- Available to work Tuesday to Saturday (Saturdays for site inspections)
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Self-starter who can work effectively with marketing and the sales executive
This role is offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
