Job Description

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Event Sales Manager to lead B2B event sales, with a primary focus on corporate meetings and corporate social events. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences that align with our brand.

You’ll act as the bridge between sales and execution—owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and collaborating closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new B2B clients for corporate meetings,and social events

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships

  • Conduct site tours and client presentations that showcase the club’s unique value

  • Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies to win business

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and confirmed clients

  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Understand client needs and translate them into tailored event experiences

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with External vendors to execute events at a high standard

  • Oversee event details from contract through execution, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded

  • Participate in event oversight as needed to maintain quality and client satisfaction

Revenue & Performance

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools

  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or B2B sales (preferably within hotels, venues, or private clubs)

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong network in corporate, startup, or agency environments is a plus

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
