As the Event and Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for strategically driving new business development, successful conversion of event enquiries and leading and managing a team of highly trained specialists to execute high volume conferences and events.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Director of Hotels & Suites implementing systems and procedures to ensure smooth efficiency across your department.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven track record in high volume conference and events
- Strong management skills and the ability to lead
- A results driven, self-motivated & collaborative attitude
- Experience within a premium or luxury accommodation group is desirable, however not essential
- Exemplary verbal and written communication
This role is offering a strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary, plus super, plus bonus incentives.
