Job Description

As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Relationship management for both existing and new clients: executing a high-level and timely service to clients and customers alike 
  • Delivering proposals to suit the client's requirements
  • Organising and hosting site meetings to help facilitate world-class experiences for our clients
  • Workflow management to ensure that all administration is accurate and timely 
  • Innovation to find new ways to deliver exceptional experiences to guests
  • Creating memorable experiences for clients

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, prior experience in social or corporate sales - wedding and hospitality banquet operations is considered an advantage
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with clarity to both internal and external stakeholders
  • A natural problem solver, with the ability to offer creative and elegant solutions
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanour
  • Motivated and detail-oriented
  • Passion for the industry
