Job Description

As events and reservations coordinator, you will build the events calendar, drive event sales, coordinate bookings and work with our wonderful guests to create memorable events.

You will co-ordinate all components of events, from the initial point of contact, through to the organization and hand-over of the event to the skilled venue team.  

You will also coordinate our a la carte bookings and work with the rest of the management team to drive event and sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role you will have:

•  Experience in event coordination
•  Worked with restaurant reservations 
•  Strong sales and business development skills
•  Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
•  Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
•  Hands-on restaurant experience
