The role of Director of Sales will see you work closely with the key stakeholders of this business, to redefine the strategic direction and performance of the hotel and hospitality sales function, ensuring a holistic approach with effective brand representation.
With your innate skills and experience, you will lead, coach and mentor the hotel sales team to focus and drive the rooms division aspect of the property whilst sustaining an enjoyable and high performing culture this property is rapidly etching throughout the Melbourne hospitality industry.
To be successful in the role you will have;
- 4+ years in a sales management capacity
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Deep relations and strong industry networks
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

This role is offering a strong remuneration package made up of a $120,000 base plus super and company benefits.
