Job Description
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will spearhead all strategic decisions pertaining to the direction of the hotel, in order to deliver above-market performance across all sectors.
You will be managing the sales team and collaborating with other senior hotel leaders in order to maximise sales activity and identify areas for growth and expansion. You will be setup for success by utilising the variety of existing systems and support networks at your fingertips.
You will work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, F&B and other teams to design and implement targeted strategies that ensure the ongoing financial success of the development.
Coaching, mentoring and leading will form a crucial part of the role, as the company thrives on employee growth and development.

- Experience as Director of Sales and Marketing in the hospitality, leisure or accommodation sector
- A demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies
- An understanding of various markets and drivers
- The ability to set clear objectives and goals for your team
- Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and multiple Department Heads
