Job Description
The Director of Restaurant Operations will take ownership of a portfolio of venues, ensuring consistent delivery of service standards, financial performance, and team leadership. This role will be instrumental in launching two new sites while optimising performance across existing operations.
- Lead and mentor venue leaders to achieve operational and financial targets
- Drive the successful opening of two new venues from pre-opening through to stabilisation
- Implement and refine operational systems, processes, and brand standards
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all locations
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on guest experience and team engagement
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality leader with multi-site experience and a strong commercial mindset. You are equally comfortable in strategic planning and on-the-ground execution, with a proven ability to lead teams through growth and change.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site restaurant or hospitality operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple venues
- Proven track record in opening new venues or leading expansion projects
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to be based in or travel regularly across regional NSW
