Job Description
The Director of Marketing will oversee the overall marketing strategy, execution, creative direction, and brand positioning across all venues and concepts within the group.
This role requires a balance of:

The ideal candidate deeply understands luxury lifestyle hospitality and knows how to build brands that feel aspirational, culturally connected, and operationally effective.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Lead overall marketing strategy across all restaurant and hospitality brands within the group
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives
- Build brand positioning strategies for existing venues and new openings
- Ensure consistent brand identity, voice, and creative standards across all touch points
- Identify emerging hospitality, food, design, nightlife, and cultural trends
Creative Direction
- Oversee all creative output including:
- Social media
- Campaigns
- Photography
- Video
- Graphic design
- Copywriting
- Website content
- Email marketing
- Event collateral
- Collaborate closely with internal designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and content creator
- Maintain elevated aesthetic and storytelling standards aligned with premium hospitality brands
Digital & Social Media
- Lead digital marketing strategies across all platform
- Oversee content calendars and social growth strategies
- Develop initiatives that drive:
- Brand awareness
- Engagement
- UGC
- Reservations
- Foot traffic
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Stay ahead of platform trends and evolving digital behaviors
Influencer & Partnerships
- Build and manage influencer, celebrity, media, and strategic partnership relationships
- Develop collaborative campaigns with brands, hotels, fashion, wellness, music, and lifestyle partners
- Oversee VIP marketing and community-building initiatives
- Create culturally relevant activations and experiential events
New Openings & Activations
- Lead marketing strategy for new restaurant openings and expansion markets
- Develop launch campaigns, PR strategies, events, and local partnership plans
- Execute innovative activations that generate buzz and media attention
- Revenue & Performance
- Collaborate with operations leadership to drive sales performance
- Develop marketing initiatives tied to:
- Reservations
- Guest frequency
- Seasonal promotions
- Large party bookings
- Events
- Beverage sales
- Daypart growth
- Monitor campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor internal marketing team members and external partners
- Build scalable marketing systems, workflows, and processes
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and creative culture
- Assist in recruiting and developing marketing talent
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience in hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, hotels, lifestyle brands, or related industries
- Proven experience managing multi-location or multi-brand marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of hospitality culture, guest experience, and luxury/lifestyle branding
- Deep understanding of social media, digital marketing, influencer strategy, and content creation
- Exceptional creative instincts and visual taste
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and marketing calendars
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience with restaurant marketing platforms and reservation systems preferred
Preferred Experience
- Hospitality group or lifestyle hospitality experience
- Experience opening new venues or launching hospitality concepts
- Existing network across media, influencers, nightlife, hospitality, and creative industries
- Experience with experiential marketing and partnerships
- Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and culturally driven marketing
