As the Director of Food, you will be responsible for creating and executing a highly structured, compliant and profitable food operation for sites spread across Singapore.
It is a wholistic role spanning financial budgeting, contract negotiations, supplier management, HR, production development, menu writing and operational rollout across new and existing sites.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Leadership experience within large scale, multi-site culinary operations
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead a team
- Proven track record in contract and supplier negotiations
- Ability to strategically plan financial and operational tasks
- High-level communication with the ability to influence
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food
- A creative and constructive mindset
